Returns

At Hatstore you have the right to return your order within 100 days.

Return shipping is paid by you, the customer. The shipping should be traceable. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost and risk of transporting the returned goods to Hatstore

How to make a return:

  2. Write a note with your name, order number and value of returned product and put in the box together with the product you wish to return

  3. Pack your return well, preferable in the original box to the return arrives to us in good conditions, put the note with your order number in the box, tape up the box , and tape on the return label with our return address on the box.

    *Mark it as a Return with the tracking number stated on the freight label!

  4. Hand in your return to your post office

  5. Send an email to customerservice@hatstore.co.uk with the following information:

    • tracking number for return shipment

    • The product(s) being returned to Hatstore.

    *This information helps speed up the return process, as products being shipped back from the United Kingdom are now subject to customs fees.

  6. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation to your email and refund you for the product you have returned.

 

The return right applies to unused products with the original stickers and labels

Note that our return address is in the EU

The return right does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised

Exchanging a product?

If you want to exchange a product, follow the return process described above and then place a new order, through the website, for the product you wish to have replace your original order.
